Common faults with pricing
This page contains a list of common printer faults for popular printer products and the prices to repair.
The fault diagnosis is on common problems we have seen over many years. There are times when a fault can appear to be one thing but turn out to be something else. Therefore, the information contained here is a "guide" as to the possible cause and cost to repair a "common" fault and the price given is the least expensive option to remedy the problem. Some issues might require further parts as another problem might manifest itself after the new part or parts are installed.
You are encouraged to telephone or email any questions you might have if some of the faults look similar, but your not quite sure if it is the same fault.
The problems listed below are after the drum/cartridge or any other consumables have been ruled out as the possible fault. Printers are cleaned and serviced as part of the repair.
